Changes & Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, email [email protected] within 8 hours of purchase. Requests are subject to confirmation. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Most Teezons products are personalized or custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or errors in customer-submitted personalization. Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the personalization details you submitted, email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a free replacement, a full refund, or a partial refund where appropriate and with your agreement. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
